Summit Health Provides two diabetes screenings using either a fingerstick or venipuncture. These two screenings are glucose and Hemoglobin A1c. At the end of the screening, each individual receives a one-page report with glucose guidelines and their corresponding results. The Summit Health professional will review results and answer questions with each individual.
