The primary goals of a health management incentive program are to:
- Achieve the highest possible levels of participation at the onset of the program
- Make it attractive to enroll in the program at any time
- Engage participants throughout the duration of the program
Industry research and Summit Health’s extensive experience with clients has repeatedly shown that employee participation correlates directly with levels of incentives; that is, the greater the incentives, the greater the program participation.
Summit Health offers a complete package of services to track and report employee participation – in single wellness events or multiple wellness activities over time. Summit Health makes this easy. Our program managers work with clients to understand and tailor computerized tracking to meet their individual program needs. We are able to track a wide range of participation and results, such as which employees have:
- Completed a Health Risk Assessment
- Completed biometric testing (for total cholesterol, blood glucose, blood pressure, etc.)
- Received a flu shot or other required immunization
- Attended a Lunch and Learn educational program
- Met biometric screening parameters
- Tested nicotine-free
Summit Health has the flexibility to provide participation reports that meet your needs. Our reporting is always done in accordance with HIPAA requirements. We are able to provide data electronically and in a variety of formats. We can measure and report results individually or in aggregate, and can track changes in results over time, thereby helping our clients to understand and enhance the success of their wellness program activities.
